No doctors available, No point of contact persons to check the patient status, Dirty maintenance, Very less space, No OPD beds available, For minor cases also first they will put in ICU for atleast 4 to 5 days simply to earn money, ICU rooms are like general OPD in government hospitals means all beds will be very near/close to other beds, No cleaning, Water leakage in all taps, full municipality smell, Full rats and cockroach. If you enter inside the hospital feels like entering into municipality.
Complaint:
My Grandmother admitted in this hospital in ICU for emergency. Doctors treated her and told Jaundice disease, so treated for 3 days and told its normal now. After that main doctor told us have to do scanning for some reasons. We did all types of tests, scanning and X-ray which are available in market for Human Being but all results are normal. No point of doctor available in this hospital to check the patient status. They are not showing reports to us.
My Grandmother admitted in this hospital on 8th Nov, 2015 for some emergency case. No doctors are readily available. We continued in this hospital for 2 weeks but doctors/ specialist unable to find out the disease. Finally they are telling everything is good after taking all X-Ray, CT Scan for stomach, CT scan for brain, EEG, MRI Scan, Ultrasound scan, jaundice test, Malaria test, Blood Cultures test, Abdominal CT scan, everyday ABG and Electrodes test.
By checking all reports, finally they are saying everything is good but will observe for more 2 days. My Grandmother still in hospital in ICU with good condition but they are not discharging and not showing the reports to us. This hospital is fully money minded.
Please help us and need suggestions.
