My mother had enrolled for LIC policy 14 years back. Policy number - 891390566
Name - Harshala Hemant Mahadik
Its maturity date was 10th July 2017.
as per the policy she was entitled to get total amount of 9,20,000. however she has received only - 7,88,000 at the end of the term.
we do not know the reason behind the deductions of Rs,1,30,000. we believe its complete fraud to the customer and towards their loyalty on LIC for so many years.
Is this the way to treat retired people who kept faith on LIC for 14 long years ?
I need to register a complaint and need full money back.
please find attached all the document and receipts.
Also its not allowing me register user stating invalid policy number.
I emailed the query to their mentioned contact us email id's. however they have not replied and have deleted the id's. now my emails are not reaching to the address.
