LEGAL ADVISE REQUIRED FOR THE DELAYED CIVIL CONSTRUCTION

I opted to buy a flat from a Construction Company whose core business was finance for long time.

Although the Project was smoothly going on till my registration of the flat, since May 2014, absolutely ZERO progress is going on and in the agreements it was mentioned that the flat will be handed over within 30 months including grace period which has already lapsed.

In the agreement it is mentioned that we need to approach a retired judge for common settlement and the company is not ready to accept any legal notices citing the agreement details.

There are plenty of flat owners who booked in this project are suffering and wants to proceed legally.

Kindly advise us how to tackle this issue as the CEO and all the other responsible officials of this company is not willing to answer any of our emails nor ready to meet all the buyers.
