Idea Support Problem

Hello everybody,

I am so called idea postpaid customer since 10yrs and using postpaid connection your experience is good unless you interact with there support peoples. The time you start taking help of there support it is worst than aver, following are major issues with idea support,

1) They don't understand what is your issue
2) They don't understand english
3) They can't read mails properly
4) There support person don't have any knowledge of system
5) Most of the time they kept us on hold
6) Turn around time is worst.
7) They just stick on "Sorry we can't do it from here"
8) Issues are escalating to various executives which make us crazy to explain each time from start, they don't have any insight of back threads.

My number is disconnected since two weeks and I am still struggling to get it resolve.
