I have booked a flight from Bengaluru to Lucknow for 5th Aug 2017. (PNR - T9GWXT) .
And the booking was done on 2:10 pm, Jul 06 2017.
yesterday(19th July ) I got a call from your customer care (automated voice) saying my flight is got canceled and wait for the further announcement,
After that, I am trying to contact customer care but it is always busy.
now my question is, what is the status of my flight and when I am supposed to get the further announcement because when I book my ticket, the price was 4569.
and I have checked price today for the same journey it is around 8000. rest I think you understand.
and I got one message also in my mobile they are saying customer care will call me for rebooking or cancellation. So why I will book my ticket on new price.Price should be same as per my previous booking date.
I have also trying to contact customer care, GoAir Head office and also mailed to GoAir regarding this thing, but no body replying on this matter. and till then I have not received any call from them.
