I am the holder of the above accounts in India Kolkata and today around 1pm Singapore time (I am in Singapore since last 3 months) I received a call from ICICI Bank informing that my accounts are nil balance.
Please let me know how these transaction could took place without my knowledge? These accounts are not even joint account.
My two ATM r are also blocked without any notice and request from me!
The transactions are done by NPS, Mobile banking, where as the number is NOT in use as I am in Singapore! Even if it was then how come the grid verification of the ATMs could take place.
I have not given any instruction to your bank therefore I hold it is your responsibility and would truly appriciate it if you reimburse my accounts as all accounts are insured.
I have a loan and in need this cash. Therefore kindly deal with this matter ASAP.
