Reilance customer care is the very very worst support provider.
i am in plan of 999 Unlimited(chennai-tharamani). but i am getting the speed like less than 144 kbps.
i just raised the complaint for speed issue they said like anything and i got the message as "your request has processed" on the same day itself the ticket has closed with any information to me.
Finally i raised the ticket to disconnect(march 13-15) they extended the day, tilll now they are extending the days. And they are money motivated mind.
Pls guys dont go with reliance environment.
