Delayed/no response FROM RELIANCE INSURANCE

Hi,

I recently applied for a renewal of my bike insurance, in Reliance Insurance.
I informed them that I have lost my documents and don't have any details of the previous insurer.
They asked me to get the bike inspected with their employee. I got it done and paid Rs. 150, which is going to expire in 24 hours from now.
I got an ID from them, which needs to be used in their website to proceed to buy the policy.

Now that I am able to proceed, I am stuck because it ask previous insurer details as mandatory fields.

I am trying to reach their customer service since morning, but every time they say that they are arranging a callback.
And I haven't got a call from them, as of now

I feel that they didn't provide me with proper data/information.

And what about those who lose their documents? They can't insure again or what?

My inspection ID is 13254492 and chasis number is MBLKC12EFCGB12363.

Please look into the matter.
