Got ebill on my email and although connection was disconnected- Data card number 7702989933
My Data card number 7702989933, I raised the request for stop services(Discontinued my services) on date 12 July 2017, due to we are travelling to abroad.
Request no- 77688208
Your customer care person considered my request and she told that within two working days the connection will be closed.
She told that there will be final settlement and I need to pay the amount.
Final settlement amount= RS. 3612.42 and Paid on date 2nd August 2017(Using my credit card).
Again I got ebill on my email on date 1st September 2017 amount- RS 1770/- although final settlement was done and connection was disconnected.
"One of your customer care person(Taniya Parween) considered my request and she adjusted RS 1770/- and so told that further there is no outstanding amount on my number. My number is already suspended."
Once again I got ebill RS 570.97/- on my email and although connection was disconnected.
Could you please resolve the issue and do the needful.
