Sorry to say, however it was a total bad experience that we had with houseful International, Kasarwadavli, Thane store.

We purchased 4 door cupboard from this useless store in the month of January. Delivery of the goods happened after our continuous followup. Later for installation we have to followup fighting at the store and with the customer care person.

When installation was done we found defect in the material. So we asked to replace it. For replacement of the materials we are just running up and down to get that thing happen since 2 Months. Representative doesn't have courtesy to pick the phone. we visited Thane branch so many time, still nothing happened.

Today we are standing in front of the shop and hauling still no reaction from the store owner or manager. We are demanding the refund. we agree to replace if we get the material today. There is a statement of 12 months replacement warranty in their website, but its all waste, we are fighting to get it replaced or refunded.

We are planning to give police complaint, however taught of post the complaint on this website first. We do not want to create a bad name for the entire organization because of few useless customer service people... Its almost 2 months we are suffering with it. Help me out what need to be done.
