I had the worst experience with Amazon.in, i ordered Samsung C9 Pro with next day guaranteed delivery but it has been a week and product has not been delivered and on top of that the had audacity to update the status as delivered. I have been trying to get a resolution but they are just giving an excuse of internal investigation. Where do if file the complaint.
