Airtel Broadband Debit Card Payment Unsuccessful Money Deducted

Hello,

Today i tried to pay my broadband bill via Airtel. I choose mode of payment as debit card and entered all the details asked by secured payment line CCAvenue Payments.
For few minutes the transaction was under process, but at the end the message appeared as transaction failed.
When i checked my account, Rs. 1000 was debited.
My mobile number is 9043813284.
please find the transaction details: POS PRCH
POS 201213355348 CCAVENUES_MOTO SBIPG, 27-Sep-2012 (27-Sep-2012)
Please let me know, when the money will be refunded.

If it showed you failed then you'll get back in your account in 1-2 days.

Otherwise come back I'll guide you.

2 days have passed and the amount is not credited back.

Please help me to recover the amount.

Just wait till Tuesday, then check with Airtel if they have received your payment. If no then contact CCAvenue.

Either Airtel would have got it or it'd be refunded to you for sure(99%). Contact CCAvenue in the last resort. But don't worry your money will not go anywhere.

I am very sorry to say, but till now the money is not credited back :-(
