Its really sad that i have complained twice regarding my bill.
As told by them that due to internet access charges got increased. My question is if internet access limit is exceeded then why shouldn't i get warning message or internet access got deactivated?
I have paid the overcharged bill earlier but this time i have downloaded nothing but accessed internet through Wi-Fi , still same bill amount i have received.
This is not justified at all. Highly fraud they are.
Never go for Airtel.
