i purchased shoes on snapdeal but still not received

i call 3 times 29 march - 2.30 pm 1 april - 2 pm - 3.april - 4.35pm -says after 2 days i'd receive shoes.

i say - please return my payment i don't buy this is third-class service in all online site

After 12 days i didnt recived money or product from snapdeal


i have all copy's off payment and bills any call details

Sometimes it can take even a month or so. Please wait for 1-2 weeks.

You were buying the shoes,so why don't you used COD. The COD is applicable for purchase of items less than 10,000. I also ordered a pair of shoes but from :blush:. On the very next day the shoes were in my hands.
