Activation of Net without customer confirmation.

Idea activated some free net pack without informing us and
without taking any confirmation from customer side and charging me in bill this is
not correct. I received only apology from them but that will not resolving my financial loss.
I didn't received any SMS or mail stating we will be activating any service to ur no. and this will the changes after free usage. they did't sent any communication regarding that. kindly guide me how to take this forward.
