Dear sir,
I have tried withdrawing an amount of Rs.5000 thrice from one of your atms situated in chandanagar, Hyderabad but failed all of the times. when enquired with the bank they have shown that the amount is debited. But I haven't received the same. A complaint was raised for the same 20171117154253 on the same day with the bank. They have asked me to reachout the bank ombudsman for further help on remitting by money back.
Kindly help on this matter as its a hard earned money.
