30 days gone, no return pickup, just routing me, lies by snapdeal, cheating with me!

Sir hello! I dont have any bad intention, no such intention to harm
anyone, but i am cheated most probably by snapdeal!

I am really sad to say that Snapdeal is cheating with me! firstly
sorry, if i write any wrong english! i read in 10th. anyway, here is
my story :

i ordered 2 zenfone go from snapdeal @6th feb, one for me and one for my bro.
he didn't convinced to buy at first, he was saying he dont trust
snapdeal! as there are lots of rumors of snapdeal! but i convinced him
because i got 4 replacement of my previous phone! so i knew that time,
that, anything could happen but snapdeal will fix my issue!

I got those phones 8th feb. I was happy! I unboxed his phone first
cause i was scared if anything goes wrong! BUT I WAS SURPRISE THAT
THERE WAS NO SUCH ISSUE! both of us were happy!

Then i unboxed mine, and i was shocked!
1.first, the box is not like what i saw of my bro's one. i meant, that
was original sealed pack but, it was seemed like, its used already.
anyway...

2.i noticed, there are some scratches on phone!

3.cracking noise coming from right side of back cover.

4.cracked a bit on usb port.

5.power button works but some time dont.

6.Mic issue, sometime people whom i am talking with cant hear what am
saying, snapdeal noticed that also tons of times!


after noticing those issues, i called snapdeal within 1 hour and told
them everything and requested for return. they said ok, engineer would
visit tomorrow.

however, he came after that day.

he came, and checked everything, he told me there are no such problem
sir! I WAS LIKE WTF?! I REPLIED "from too many issues, non of them can
be seen by your eyes?" He replied "ok sir, what you want then? Refund
or replacement?" i said " Refund" He said "ok" ......he was wearing
his shoe, then suddenly i asked him "where is jobsheet" i cant
remember what actually he told me but he meant to say is i will get
jobsheet later!

so after so many days without any response from snapdeal, i called my
self, and after that call i got another call and he told me that i
wont get refund nor replacement as engineer reported there was no such
issue with problem! and if i still think there is some problem, i
should visit service center for DOA Letter! Why? I mean it! WHY? When
i didn't do anything wrong and i didn't damaged those things! AND I
GOT THAT DAMAGED/FAULTY DEFECTIVE USED ALIKE PHONE, AND WHY WOULD I GO
ANYWHERE? WHY?? HE LIED TO SNAPDEAL! THATS NOT MY LOOKOUT! AND AM
FIGHTING from 35 days! WHY? BECAUSE I HAVE NO PROBLEM IN MY PHONE?
REALLY?

After that i called snapdeal again and he told me that no worry sir,
you no need to go anywhere am forwarding this to our concern team and
you will get feedback within 24 hours.

But i didn't got any single call from concern team before yesterday!

I was call every day and i was getting same results!

here are some examples of them :
-you will get call sir within 24-48 or even within 2 hours!
-am forwarding this complaint to high priority!
etc..

One representative told me that "sir apka problem mein samaj sakta
hun, aap aisa ki jiye, wait kijiye 24hours k andaar apko mail aayegee
with courier information and pickup time, your pickup will be created
soon!etc.." am not describing exactly what he said as i dont remember
pie to pie, but he said same as this.

so as usually, i got no such mail nor anything.

so after that, when i was ask about that statement that he told me on
that day about courier pickup, no one respond to my question.

once, i asked snapdeal to arrange another engineer visit, he said ok
its possible he sending the request. i got no feedback of that. again
one or more time snapdeal told me the same and i got no feedback about
that!

surprisingly at 27th and 29th feb, i got official mail from snapdeal
that engineer will come to visit. both email had same writing.

Here is the mail :
We are sending help your way for your Asus Zenfone Go 8GB

Our engineer will visit you to check your Asus Zenfone Go 8GB Order
no. 14603004371.He will visit you on 27th Feb 16 to check your item
and resolve the issues described by you.

and on 29th feb, i got this:
We are sending help your way for your Asus Zenfone Go 8GB

Our engineer will visit you to check your Asus Zenfone Go 8GB Order
no. 14603004371.
He will visit you on 29-02-2016 to check your item and resolve the
issues described by you.

so after these, i got no response for that! no one gave me solution!

from few days ago, i started to writing my problems on social media
and complaints sites.
so after seeing that, i got call from snapdeal again at night. he told
me that i had wrote complaints on social media, so thats why he was
called me, i am facing problems from many days and got no solution, i
asked him whether he know all of my story or not, he said, yes he know
everything. then he said, engineer will visit you tomorrow! I WAS TOO
MUCH TOOO MUCH HAPPY WHEN I HEARD THAT! I REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM "SIR
REALLY ITS POSSIBLE YOU SURE?" he said, yes sir, kab engineer visit
kare to apka subidha hoga? i said no its ok he could come anytime! he
said no sir you can tell me, so i told him some time around 11, he
said 11 of morning? ok..!

so after that call, i was sure that this time it wont be false!

but after that i got the same false commitment! NO ONE CAME!

I started to raise complaints again!

yesterday i called again about my issue. and he told the same, i will
get call soon!

surprisingly i got call from concern team man! REALLY! AND HE SAID I
HAVE TO VISIT SERVICE CENTER FOR DOA LETTER ! WOW GREAT! GREAT
SOLUTION! AFTER so MANY DAYS I GOT THAT SOLUTION! WOW!!

I complaint again after that again i got call from snapdeal last night
and he was saying the same! So i told about those mails and those
false commitments about engineer visit! BUT HE WAS DENYING EVERYTHING!
EVERY FUKCING THING!

I JUST DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH SNAPDEAL!

TODAY, Complaint again and got the same result even after telling
about those engineer visit cases!

Listen, this is why i bought the phone? where i cant get refund nor
replacement even if i asked for return within 7 days? This is the
service? every day getting same result, wait for 48 hours your issue
will be resolved! Etc... same feedbacks! I mean what is my fault!
???? WHAT!!??????????


ENGINEER REPORTED FALSE REPORT!
IF ENGINEER REALLY THOUGHT THAT, THEN WHY DID HE TOLD ME THAT I WILL
GET REFUND AND JOBSHEET LATER! ???? WHY?????

I WANT ANOTHER ENGINEER VISIT AT ANY HOW AS I GOT 2 OFFICIAL MAILS
FROM SNAPDEAL! I NEED REFUND! THATS ALL!

I am not expecting any response from you also, from billions of
customers why would you care about mine complaint? really! Thats true!
ANY WAY, i need my money back! re arrange engineer visit!

And my status of my product is saying that the
refund initiated, i will get credit within 24hours on freecharge
account! WTF! PLEASE STOP ROUTING ME! STOP THIS DRAMA!
