Hi.... I am using a corporate number from HCL of Vodafone under 9718492452.
My credit limit is 3900 and this month my mobile bill is 16190 INR.
As per vodafone i have used 2G internet of 4.7 GB.
I have activated 2GB internet plan for 98 Rs and i believe i have not consumed that much because i am using for years and never has this problem.
They are negotiating and have disconnected my outgoing.
What is the point of upper limit if your bill still can cross that.
I am facing a lot of inconvenience and i don't think that someone can use 2G internet for that much.
I port in my number 2 and a half year ago and own 3 numbers with vodafone and seriously facing a lot of trouble at this point of time.
Please let me know how to proceed and get my services up and running.
