poor battery backup

I had purchased a SAMSUNG Rex 90 from ROYAL TELECOM, 278/134 BAI KA BAGH, TRIVENI ROAD, ALLAHABAD vide bill no. 1094 dated 03.11.2013. Since the first day, the battery would discharge fully in around 6 hrs without any call . We are not expecting this standard of quality from SAMSUNG .
