I am presently staying in USA for the last 11 years
During my visit to India in March 2013 I had applied for fresh passport in Thane ,India as my passport was damaged- I was staying at my sister in law's place then and had given that as the local address as US address was not allowed as per the local passport officer.
Now when i am applying for new booklet in Atlanta, USA as the pages are over, they informed that there is an ADVERSE POLICE remark , which i am not aware as there was no communication.
How do i address this issue -as my present address in in USA and i dont have a permanent address in India- as i am staying for 11 years now in USA
