Today i have book bus ticket from "makemytrip.com" Delhi to Lucknow at 7pm, but what i have seen after the completion of booking that the timing of bus went to 10pm. I have an another journey from my arriaval point so that i went for cancellation of ticket but they tell me that i have to pay a cancellation charge for this.
Why should i pay for this when i do not make any mistake. its their mistake that they do not update their system and all.
Have worst experience with them, if this happen in online booking i will better go for counter ticket.
