Legal proceedings required against DATA WIND

Dear Sir,

can any body let me know how to porceed legally against DATAWIND.

I had purchased the device and after 3 days of use its not working then as per the mail received from datawind (16th July 2013 ) I dispatched the ubislate 7 c_ with IMEI 911303700868322 to datawind amritsar office

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS MENTIONED IN THE JOB SHEET VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING THE DEVICE TO OUR REPAIR CENTRE

AND THE SAME IS RECEIVED BY THEM ON 23RD JULY 2013.
LATER ON I HAD CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ARE ALWAYS SAID TO ME IT WILL TAKE TIME.

AFTER SEVERAL CORRESPONDENCE I GOT MAIL FROM DATA WIND ON DATE 22ND AUGUST 2013

BUT I DIIDNT RECEIVED ANY CALL WITHIN 48 HRS.


NOW THEY ARE NOT REPSONDING PROPERLY.
AS PER THE T&C THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO RETUN MY DEVEICE TO ME WITH IN 20DAYS BUT THHEY ARE VIOLATING THE SAME AND CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS .

SO I AM REQUESTING ANY ONE HELP ME TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST DATA WIND

You'd need to file complaint in the consumer forum of the city as mentioned in their terms if you've purchased it's product online.
