I bought a HTC One V smart phone in Kolkata in August 2012. In oct 2012 the motherboard failed and it was replaced under warranty. again now, after 15 months, the motherboard has failed a second time. I requested the company to give the motherboard free of cost since it has failed twice in 15 months, but HTC has refused.
I would like to warn all prospective buyers of smart phones to never buy a HTC product. I have suffered a lot and you should also not suffer.
