I have HDFC Credit card number 5459648812978725 in the name of kunwar pal singh. I get this credit card on the basis of my account in HDFC bank for free as per HDFC employee 1 year ago, but after a year ago i got a service charge of rupee 500 plus GST, i dont know what is this for. I talked to HDFC care and they told me that we will waver this amount but till then they didn't waver the amount and again as per care discussion they are not providing the waver, today is the last date of payment and i am not paying any amount and they will add late fee charge.
Please help me out in this matter as i have recording of that care which told me about the waver.
