Fresh Passport assistance needed - Please help me

Hello Every one,

I am in urgent need of a passport within (1month)

Here are my details

My native place is warangal (telangana) but I have been working in hyderabad for the last 5 years. I am a bachelor staying in a sharing accomodation with friends. my parents stay at my permanent address/

So shall I apply for the passport with my permanent address or present address or should I mention both

Here are the address proofs that I have

for permanent address
Ration card
voter id card
income tax returns assesment order
I have applied for aadhar card more than a year ago but still didn't get it

apart from the above I also have pan card and driving licence

for present address
Rental Agreement
Postpaid phone bill
Bank account with HDFC and Axis
internet bill

I work for a private IT company and i can get a letter from HR if needed,


Please let me know if the documents I have will be sufficient to get a passport

Pls pls help me in this matter

You should mention both the addresses in Passport application form.
For permanent address you can use ration card for address proof and for id proof use voter id or as an alternative if you have a bank passbook it can be used as address as well as id proof.
For Present/temporary address, rental agreement and internet bill ( at least one year old) will do good. Also get the employment letter, you might need it. For more details drop me a mail on kadil0081@gmail.com.

Now adys we are getting soft copies of the bills to email. will a print out of that work. If not how ?
