Datawind UbiSlate7C+ Defective Display

Hi,

I'm Dharmesh Shah from Pune. I have received my UbiSlatet 7C+ on 26 August 2013
Serial No : 831392000589
EMEI : 911249551061881

On opening the package and switching on the tablet, I found a scratch on the screen. Upon contacting customer care on : 01832581330 , I was advised that thay cannnot help me in this regard.

I need a replacement for the defective unit that I have received.
How can i get the replacement?
Who do i need to approach regarding this?

Hi,

I have sent a mail to techsupport@datawind.com , but I have received no response in the past 24 Hrs.
Even the customer care number is not being responsed to.
Are there any direct number or e-mail id who I can contact regarding this ?
