HI,

Today Morning I received my Ubislate 7C+, when i opened it instead of being happy i got sad, just because its display is not working properly i cannot see anything properly.

i did called to support number but no one is picking the call. What i have to do now?

As per the call i have got from the technical support team i have sent the Item back to the address given by the person. It is clearly the datawind's mistake that they have sent me the device which is not working properly and of bad condition. And now I have Paid Rs 600 for the courier charges and who will pay that amount to me? who is responsible for that?
