I tooked a two wheeler loan from TVS CREDIT service and I have payed all my EMI's.
My last EMI was not deducted on time even I had balance in my account and after few days I recived a call from one of TVS Credit EMI collection agent.
He said you can pay your EMI hard-cash and you will get your NOC after 15 days and
You do not have to pay any late penalty .
But almost 7 month has been gone and today I got a call from one of their agent. He said, You have to pay 450 Rs penalty otherwise you will not get your NOC.
This is unexpected and very cheap activity from TVS Credit Service and I am not going to pay this amount.
