I am trying to call to airtel customer care since last fives days but empty hand and lots of missbeheave they have done till now .How they can beheave like that .
Today My balance sudden goes down and airtel setup box went down .When i did recharge for 500/- and it got started .
I call today morning to your customer care (Ref-45676351) to tell them there are sport channels started on my tv for which i havent give the request and
together told them to change my packege(24HD,470/-) once again and she has insured that package will change soon .
But onnce i check in evening , there was the same package and i again called to customer care (REF NO-45695426,RAJKUMAR) THAT person talks very hardly and ask the same story instead of taking the reference number .I again told the same story once again and again he told that your package will change in 10 minutes but nothing has changed .
My questions :
-If package is not changing then why you guys are ensuring that package will change
-if package is not able to change in 5 days then why ? being a customer i supposed to know ..what is the issue ..
-Being a customer i am frustrating again and again to calling your customer and they don't talk well they ask the same story instead of following with reference number ..then why are they using the reference number .
-Why should i continue the airtel TV for more ?
-Why should i not go for consumer court for not giving proper service and misbehaving by your customer department .every single call to your customer takes 30 min to hold/talk for whole story .
Need answer and Airtel quiting process ..Even i am using everything from airtel till now ..setupbox,mobile,wifi .
i will take a loop for all the department for my issue and also put this online review for users so that they should aware .
