adverse police verification for tatkal passport

Hi All,
This is really urgent.
I have applied for my wife's passport in tatkal & got it on 25 Jan 2014.
though she has done with police verification activity, she received a message (on 7 feb 2014) that "police verification is adverse".
Now the question is we have planned our travel on 15 Feb 2014 to US (for both of us visa has come & tickets are booked).
will this adverse police verification create any problem while we leave from the airport?
Please update us with the correct information.

I am facing the same situation...Just wanted to check were you travelled without any hiccups or got into any kind of problem due to adverse report by PV?

Will really help if you can highlight the measure which you took to overcome this problem..
