I am N Subramanian , I have order few medicines which i am usually buying in market , since i received SMS from 1 mg , said given Rs100 for cash incentive and 20% discount . I placed order for Rs 708/- , receved information from 1 mg that their doctor will call me and get clearance. I also waited for an hour. I placed order around 4 Pm on 26 th Dec . It seems the doctor would have called around 7.30 Pm, I did not get the information when the doctor will call me . That means i have to wait continuously indefinitely. Based on the bluddy call. I was driving car at that time , i did not picked.
Then i received sms from 1 Mg that the order was cancelled. I have paid through debit card . HOW MUCH COMMITTED TO THE CUSTOMER ?
WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE JUST NOW , THEY SAYS THEY HAVE INITIATED THE PAYMENT . I WILL GET AFTER 5 TO 7 WORKING DAYS.
WHAT A DIGITALIZED INDIA ?
WHO'S MISTAKE IS THIS ? I HAVE BEEN PENALIZED .
