Hi i am saurabh kumar .i am going to apply for fresh passport .my birth year is 1990 .and i asked from passport seva that i have to submit 3 document those are compulsary for fresh passport.
A) address proof
B) birth certificate
C) 10th marksheet
Now my address proof is ok .no problem...
