A) To complain about a BSNL land line, one must contact BSNL's 198, thru their network. Apart from this present procedure, one should be able to make a complaint to BSNL, thru' any mobile (cell) phone, by dialling and / or SMS. Gas...
I've a BSNL land line :04566 221303; since faulty, I couldn't book a complaint in 198.
Pl. take this complaint and book it with 198 and make phone working; complaining to customer care, customer service center etc has not produced any response sofar!!
The pity is I'm a retired GM Telecom...
