Sir /Madam , I am serving CRPF , while remain posted in Nagpur I switched over to Airtel Post paid plan with Family pack/plano 3 years ag. I was transferred out in April 2023 as a result of which my family members are not residing with me . Hence the Family plan be deconsolidated and the mobile number 9572095390 and 8126914572 be converted to prepaid plan. . I am unable reach Nagpur again since I am available at Chattisgarh. I visited Airtel store in Dehradun Utttarakhand where they asked to pay Rs 981 on 28.09.23 , earlier I had paid Rs 298 towards migration of post paid plan to prepaid. .
