My videocon customer id 177995960 Name Manoj Kumar das has recharged Rs.300 on 07 Jul 18. After 6 days of recharge on 13 Jul 18 service is stopped. On query from your end it is told me that as there is no balance in my account. And further your rep told me that i have recharged twice...
