I have online purchased ubislate 7 C I on 5 th dec 2013 after receipt of item I found that its not working TOUCH PANEL NOT WORK immediatly I contacted their Toll free number they asked me to handover the item to their franchise at pune . So I handed over the product to them on 18.12.2013 ticket id 1217MH8622 JOB SHEET NO.LKASCMH0081276

AFTER THAT VIGOURASLY FOLLOW UP WITH THEM THR PHONE CALLS AS WELL THR EMAIL BUT THEY ARE GIVING STEREO TYPE ANSWER THAT YOU WILL GET IT SOON
I failed to understand wht type pf product they have introduced first of all it never started inspite a new piece and they are taking more than one month to repaire the same why are not they sent replacement or refund as I suggested them .
Now I repent that It was my great mistake to had blind faith on the company and placed order on them .

please please please send me back refund immediately as I totally lost faith in product and their services and their cmpany

FURTHER TRY TO CONTACT THEM ON TOLLFREE NUMBER , THEIR LADY TELEPONE ATTENDENT IS SO RUDE AND RELUCTANT TO REPLY , GIVE ONLY ONE LINE REPLY, THAT YOU WILL GET THE ITEM WITHIN A WEEK TIME AND HANG UP THE PHONE WE REALLY REPENT OUR DECISION TO BUY ITEM FROM THEM WE HOPE THIS NOTIFICATION WILL CAUSE TO END OUR MENTAL HARASSMENT

THIS COMPANY IS SO THICK SKIN THEY SEEMS TO BE NOT BOTHER ABOUT THE COMPLAINT MADE BY CUSTOMERS SEE THE REPLY GIVEN BY THE COMPANY FELLOW ALL ARE STEREO TYPE NO SPECIFIC ANSWER . NO WONDER IF WE HEARD SHORTLY THAT COMPANY HAS TO CLOSE DOWN DUE TO NO CUSTOMER TO BUY THEIR PRODUCT . I SUGGEST EVERY COMPLAINANT SHOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM THEN AND THEN ONLY THEY WILL COME ON LINE
