I have purchased a mobile phone SAMSUNGMETRO3310i for my friend Mr Sanjib jena, from Bhubaneswar.After using for15 days it stops functioning.He take it to Sahidnagar,bhubaneswar Samsung care in the month of April.They repaired the mobile,again after 7 days the problem starts again.Again in June it is repaired by the same service center by changing the battery.but the problem arises again after 15days.He is residing 350kms away from Bhubaneswar service center.Can I take help of consumer court?? Please suggest me.SadSad

No you can't. Get it repaired again and again. Call the company, register it with Samsung. No one wants to spend their time in free repairs so don't worry. Sometimes it happens. Bear it. You can't go to consumer forum for this( don't even think about it!)

It is not the amount that matters. It is more of my self-respect as an educated consumer!Shy
