not taking return after giving the return id in snapdeal

I purchesed a product of Philips trimmer black from snapdeal & deliverd to me on 11-03-2016...with order id 12201636019..according their notification within 7days I have to place return request if i want so I did that & they have also provided me the return id (return id-20744613).but still they did not take any action regarding the return issue. after 4-5 times calling to customer care they told me that they will response me within 24 hrs.but nothing they have done yet.so my question is that why they are not taking return of this product so that I can get my money return.so plz do the necessary action from your end......my mob no 9477354215
