Warranty claim for LG split AC - no response from the authorized service center
my name is Vijayakumar mobile 9976572284 I have purchased split AC on 15.05.2011 in rathana fanhouse and for past 20 days ac is not working till now a warranty, service from LG service center RNA 120319034342....almost 15 days now,no action yet.....made 100 calls to service center no use ...only promises for next day,the service centre boy told him my house very long not coming to service, that gave me number : 8754760107. LG service people very worst dot purchase LG product, plz take the necessary action.

What is the RNA number you've got from All India LG Customer Care?

Do not directly call service center. This is common mistake.

It is not the amount that matters. It is more of my self-respect as an educated consumer!Shy

i have called directly lg customer care than he give the Reference for the number : RNA 120317059268, then give the service centre number : 8754760107 more than past 12days i called that number he told him only promises for next day........... or your house very long distance.............
this not a common mistak. lg service people foolish for everybody.

You should not call service center directly. Call again Lg India customer care again. Complain them. Does your city fall into LG's 311 service?
