WIFI DONGlE not activated

Hi,

I have bought a new AIRTEL Dongle on 10th March 2016 and i have received a message stating sim activated.

But it was not activated yet and no signal also. We have called the AIRTEL customer care and they keep on saying it will be activated in next 1 hour for past 5 days.

we are not sure on whom to contact and whom to escalate. Please suggest me.
