Vodafone's harassment

Hi, I have visited to Vodafone store to discontinued my postpaid mobile no 9966400464 as I don't want this no anymore. On 19 Nov 2013 , I paid 375/- INR as per advise through receipt no APR073R131119_14702231. They told me that within 48 hours you will get confirmation call & after that your no 9966400464 will discontinue. After that I stopped completely to use that mobile no. On 15 Dec 2013 I got bill of amount 198.56 /- , I called on customer care no 111 several times and all the executive said same "Will get back to you". Nothing happen. I sent an email on 15 Dec 2013 related to this issue , no one get back to me. Again on 14 Jan 2014 I have gotten another bill of amount 248.60 plus 198.56 total 361.24 /- INR. Again I called on 15 Jan 2014 and executive (Sabeer Pasha) told me , he will arrange call with manager nut no body call me. My question is here why company like Vodafone doing harassment of customer and spoiling the credit of customer with their mistakes. I want to get read of this issue, Please help me.
