My Idea number 8478938970. I had activated the Rs. 5 net pack on my number on Friday (12th July,2013 ). After using the net pack for that day I cancelled the net pack by dialing 555. On Saturday they again charged Rs 5 inspite of cancelling the service. I called the customer care 4 times but everytime they charged 50 paise but didn't respond to my call. Today they charged Rs 5 two times. I called the customer care to refund my Rs. 15. But they said they won't do it.
