Tata Docomo deactivates my account

On 24.02.2017 Tata DoCoMo deactivated my out going calls and sms facility for the presumed reason that I am telemarketing without registration with them. They did not give me an opportunity to explain but high headedly stopped the service. They informed that on 23.02.2017 I used the phone for telemarketing. I checked my call history and found that I had made only five calls on that day. This is my normal consumption rate.

I was asked to go to their consumer service centre and give a new set of ID documents and photograph. I did that. Since then I have been chasing with them by email and Customer Centre. Nothing moves.
The end result is that I have been punished for an irresponsible act of their staff. But the company has no concern for the consumer.

I would like to know what options I have to get my service back?
