I AM FACING INTERNET CONNECTIVITY ISSUE... AND THIS IS FROM A VERY PROLONGED PERIOD.
I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER BUT THEY DO NOT ATTEND THE CALL.. THEN I CALLED ANOTHER NUMBER THEY TOLD THEY WILL REVERT. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AN EXECUTIVE NAMED NISHAN, HE GAVE ME MY COMPLAINT NUMBER AS 3107782893.
HE CALLED ME UP AT 1:19PM ON MAY 19. HE WAS NOT HEARING MY ISSUE, I REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM TO CONNECT ME TO A SENIOR PERSON HE SAID HE IS THE SENIOR. AND FINALLY HE DISCONNECTED THE PHONE SAYING ,MY NET IS WORKING FINE. HE ALSO SAID THAT "MAIN APNA HI BOLUNGA"

I AM PISSED OFF WITH THIS TIKONA.:mad:
