FIRST TIME I HAVE PURCHASED A LED TV 42 INCHES THROUGH BAJAJ ELETRONICS,DEALERS IN ELECTRONICS AND HOME APPLIANCES D.NO.1-12-118/14,PLOT NO.LIG-B-14,MANIKONDA PLAZA ,DR.AS RAO NAGAR,KAPRA,SECUNDERABAD,RR DISTRICT PHONE NO.04040157351
DATED:-29/09/2013 DURING THE TIME OF INSTALLATION I FOUND THAT THE BACKSIDE OF TV THERE IS A HDMI PORTS 1 & 2 ARE WRONG AND CURVED PINS I IMMEDIATELY ASKED THEM BUT THEY ARE IN HURRY NOT SATISFIED AND GIVEN ANY PROPER SUGGESTION ALSO HIS NAME IS MR.SRIKANTH MOBILE NO.82975663623 HE FURTHER SAID IT IS LIKE THAT THERE IS NO WORRY. WHEN I PLUGGED A LAPTOP THROUGH HDMI CABLE IT IS NOT FUNCTIONED ANYTHING THEN I AGAIN CONTACTED THE INSTALLED PERSON THAT PERSON SIMPLY TOLD THIS TV IS NOT SUPPORT ANYKIND OF LAPTOPS EXCEPT HOME THEATER IS TO BE USE. THE SAME MATTER MADE COMPLAINT IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER & DECEMBER 2013 THE COMPLAINT NO.RNA NO.1312200 THE COMPLAINT IS IGNORED UNNECCESARLY BY THE L.G.TV CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES WITHOUT ANY JUSTIFICATION, AGAIN I MADE ANOTHER COMPLAINT IN THE MONTH OF JANUAVARY,2014 COMPLAINT NO.76027. THEY CONTACTED ME IN THE PHONE AND TRY TO RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM THROUGH PHONE CALL BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THE PROBLEM IS STILL REMAIN LIKE THAT. AGAIN I PURCHASED A SONY HOME THEATER MODEL BDV-E-3200 AGAIN CONNECTED BUT THAT HOME THEATER ALSO NOT SUPPORTED BY THE LG TV. THE SONY ENGG. TOLD THAT PROBLEM IS IN YOUR LG TV ONLY NOT IN OUT HOME THEATER . THEY AGAIN CALL THE LG ENGG THROUGH COM PLAINT NO.RNA NO.1410260201130, THEY SIMPLY TOLD ONE YEAR WARTNTY IS OVER NOW YOU ARE READY TO PAY SERVICE CHARGES RS.1180+ PART COST RS.8880/- TOTAL COST ARISE RS.9,930/- ONE NAMED MAZZAD LG TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOME AND GIVEN THAT THE ABOVE SAID ESTILMATION AND CHARGED RS.281/- ALONG WITH LG COMPANY RECEIPT THEN I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED BECUASE I NOTICED THIS DEFECT VERY FIRST DAY BUT THE INSTALLISED PERSON NOT TAKEN SERIOUS MY WORDS. IN THE MEAN WHILE I AGAIN CONATCTED PERSONNALLY MS RAJITHA CUSTMOER SERVICE CENTRE OF LG SERVICES IN SECUNDERABAD ON 15TH NOV.2014 I TAKE HER MOBILE PHONE NO.9703918969 SHE ASKED ME CANT TALK TEXT ME. I IMMEDIATELY SENT THE SAME TEXT BYUT NO ACTION TILL THIS MINUTE. NOW I TRIED THE SAME FROM OUT SIDE LED ENGG. HAVING HIS OWN SHOP IN SECUNDERABAD HE TOLED THAT I CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN FEW MINUTES THOUGH REPLACEMENT OF HDMI PORTS BOARD COMPLEATELY ND WITHIN RS.6000/- THEN I FINALLY APPROAHCED THE PRIVATE LED ENGG. HE DONE REPLACED THAT HDMI PORTS COMPLEATE BOARD. NOW I LOST RS.6000/-

I FINALLY REQUESTED U TO COMPENSATE MY UNEXPECTED LOSS RS.6000/- AND A LOT OF MENTAL TENSION THE DEFECDTED TV SUPPLED ME. I AM WAITING A FAVOURABLE COMPENSATION AMOUNT FOR RS.6000/- IF THEY MADE THE DEMO TO ALL THE FUNCTIONS INCLUDING HDMI PORTS THROUGH A SMALL HAND DVD PLAYER . SUCH TYPE OF MISTAKES NEVER ARAIS OR MAKE QUATERLY SERVICE ENQUIRIES FACILITY TO SOLVE ALL THE SUCH TY0PE OF PROBLEMS IN FUTURE.
