TDR amount refused to refund

TDR amount refused to refund against PNR No:4344233643

ticket status at the time of TDR filing was partially confirmed(i.e.one passenger WL & another passenger confirmed after chart preparation) & TDR was filed on 23.10.12 Night for next day morning Train.So I must eligible for refund as both the passenger not traveled against PNR No:4344233643 due to partly confirmed. please find attached all mail correspondence with IRCTC for your necessary action.

Dear concern why still the TDR file refund is pending of PNR No-2313087620 AND 2753877134.Already 70 days has been gone and still IRCTC is not able to refund the amount . So i request to plz refund the amount of pnr no--2753877134 and 2313087620 my irctc login id--goel_nitsh .
