MY NUMBER 8050580323 HAS BEEN DEBITED 110 RS WHILE USING INTERNET ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAD ALREADY SUBSCRIBED TO INTERNET PACK...
FIRST WE PAY FOR INTERNET PACK..AND THEN WE ARE CHARGED FOR USING INTERNET..
AND CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES ARE ALWAYS UNABLE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AS ALWAYS..THEY START MAKING SOME RUBBISH EXCUSE..MY DATA WAS STILL LEFT AFTER THE DEDUCTION..HOW COULD THEY CHARGE ME WHEN I WAS ALREADY USING INTERNET SERVICES BY PAYING FOR INTERNET PACK..
CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE REPLIED WITH ATTITUDE THAT NO MATTER WHAT WE ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND YOUR BALANCE...FIRST THEY CHARGE FOR NOTHING,AND THEN THIS.. ATLEAST EMPLOY SOME WELL MANNERED EMPLOYEES..
I HOPE SOME SENSIBLE PERSON FROM DOCOMO WOULD HEAR TO THIS COMPLAINT..AND TAKE SOME ACTION..
