I bought a 40 inch LCD TV and just after 20 days of the warranty period the LCD screen is completely black and the TV is of no use now. I contacted the customer care and they said that the cost of replacing the panel is Rs.20,000. I bought the TV for Rs.45,000 and just after 2 years I cannot afford to spend Rs.20K again.
Samsung should take a morale responsibilty of providing quality products to it's consumers. As a middle class man I cannot afford to spend such a huge amount again. I expect Samsung to provide me the replacement at a reasonable cost so that I can continue using the TV. I expect a call back from them on this.
