Dear Sir/Madam,

This has reference to Customer Dispute Number SR427825351, I am not satisfied with your reply.

On 19/08/2016, we received e-mail from ICICI Bank, for confirming our change in address and other details (attached is the pic of same), I clicked the link on E-mail and submitted the required data. On the same day 19/08/2016, there were three transactions, which were not done by me and were not authenticated, to the name of Flipkart, following are the details :

a) For transaction of Rs. 19,000/-, Ref No. is 20160819225111

b) For transaction of Rs. 19,000/-, Ref No. is 20160819225142

c) For transaction of Rs. 12,140/-, Ref No. is 20160819225250

We have brought this issue into ICICI Bank on 20/08/16, through SR 427825351, by visiting nearest ICICI Branch at Motera Road. We have also filed application in Chankheda police station (attached is the pic of same).

The same details were shared with Flipkart too and they have resolved this issue and have started reversing two transactions one of Rs. 19,000 and other of Rs. 12,140 into my saving account with ICICI Bank.

Now, on 26/08/2016, I got the information that ICICI Bank has closed this dispute and have authenticated the payments done by fraud means without investigating the matter. I am completely dissatisfied with this reply and want the matter to re-open again.

Also, I want to convey that if Flipkart has found our case genuine and has started the procedure of reverse payment then ICICI Bank should not have issue with it and should not block our reverse payment done by Flipkart.

If ICICI Bank wants to investigate, request to investigate properly and do not support the fraud transactions, if brought in light at right time. I have been customer of ICICI Bank since long and can expect professional behaviour from the bank, as it says.

Please treat this as urgent matter. Awaiting your reply.
