I dont know how but my Account No and Customer Name which associated with my Landline 0261 3917302 is changed, Seems your Billing software having wrong data, I also confirm with reliance customer care, there is big mistake by Reliance, i also paid last month bill i attached here, but reliance suspend my service and we using this number for business, my customer is asking me why your landline is not working and my business getting bad impression due to that.. so pls help me to resolve this issue.. i also attached screen shot of my bill and my payment receipt..
There is no person to listen me, me email for this number of times but there is no response from reliance and my business making loss due to this and also leave bad impression just bcoz of disconnected service of my business landline..
i also attached proof of my bill and receipt.. pls check it
